Terms & Conditions
These terms cover how you can use this website and what to expect when you work with She Gets Digital.

Agreement to these terms
By browsing shegetsdigital.com, booking a consultation, subscribing to our emails, or purchasing a service or tool, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Services
She Gets Digital offers website design and development, automation and CRM setup, AI enablement, custom apps, training, speaking, and digital strategy. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for client work are defined in a separate proposal, contract, or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
Consultations and bookings
Consultations booked through our scheduler are held at the time you select. Please reschedule or cancel in advance if plans change. Repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability.
Payments and refunds
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your proposal or invoice. Project deposits are generally non-refundable because they reserve time on the calendar. Payment plans are available: larger projects can be split into milestone payments, and Klarna may be offered at checkout for scheduled installments. Klarna financing is provided by Klarna under its own terms, and any late or missed payment issues are handled directly with Klarna. Subscription tools and software products are governed by the terms presented at checkout for those products. Tools, domain registration, and website hosting may be invoiced through She Gets Digital at a reduced rate, or you may create and maintain your own accounts with the provider. Where She Gets Digital invoices these costs on your behalf, you remain responsible for the underlying fees, and any refund or billing dispute on those items is subject to the provider's own terms.
Client responsibilities
- Provide content, assets, and access needed to complete the work.
- Respond to questions and approvals in a reasonable timeframe.
- Make sure you own or have rights to any materials you send us.
- Maintain your own accounts, billing, and credentials with third-party platforms.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photography, course materials, and layouts, belongs to She Gets Digital unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied, resold, or republished without permission. Deliverables created for a client transfer to that client upon full payment, excluding any third-party assets, licensed software, or our underlying frameworks and templates.
Third-party tools and links
Our site and services reference third-party platforms and link to external sites. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or policies.
No guarantee of results
We share strategies, tools, and examples in good faith, but business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, rankings, or specific results, and none of it is legal, financial, or tax advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, She Gets Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
