Strategy & Approach

How Juvockia thinks about your business before touching a single tool.

It's a working conversation, not a sales pitch. You bring the mess: the open tabs, the stuck follow-ups, the tool you bought but never set up. We map what's actually slowing you down. By the end you'll have a clear next step, whether that's a project, a DIY plan, or 'you're actually fine, leave it alone.'

No. Most people come in saying 'something's off but I can't name it.' That's literally the job: translating vague frustration into a concrete, prioritized plan. You don't need tech vocabulary; you need to be able to describe how your business runs today.

Rarely. The first move is almost always simplifying and connecting what you already own. New tools only enter the picture when something genuinely can't do the job, and even then, I'll show you the free or low-cost option first.

Yes. A lot of engagements include handing off documented systems to a team member or virtual assistant. I build it so someone else can run it without you in the middle.

Pricing & Investment

Straight talk about how projects are scoped and what you can expect to spend.

Most work is fixed-scope project pricing, not hourly. You know the total before we start. For ongoing support there are monthly retainer tiers. The discovery call is $30, and that $30 is applied as a credit to your invoice if you move forward. You'll get a written quote with no surprise line items.

Standalone website builds and automation projects typically start in the mid-four-figure range depending on scope. Smaller, focused tasks (a single integration, a landing page, an audit) are handled through shorter engagements. Ask on the call.

Yes. Larger projects can be split into milestone-based payments tied to delivery, so you're never paying for work that hasn't happened yet. Klarna is also available at checkout, so you can spread an invoice into smaller scheduled payments and start now. We'll agree on the schedule before anything kicks off.

Tools, your domain, and website hosting can be invoiced through me so I can pass along a better rate than you'd get going direct. You also have the option of creating your own accounts with any provider if you prefer to own and manage them directly. My project pricing covers the strategy, build, and setup, not third-party licenses.

Both. Many clients start with a project, then move to a monthly retainer for ongoing tweaks, new automations, and 'call me before you buy that' access. Retainers are optional and cancel anytime.

Process & Timeline

What working together actually looks like, day to day.

A website build runs 3–6 weeks. Automation and CRM setups usually land in 2–4 weeks. Larger ecosystem overhauls (strategy + web + systems together) can run 6–10 weeks. You'll get a real timeline in your quote, not a guess.

1) Discovery call to map the problem. 2) A written proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed price. 3) Kickoff and audit of what exists. 4) Build and configure, with check-ins along the way. 5) Handoff with documentation and a walkthrough so you (or your team) can run it.

Less than you think. The goal is to remove you as the bottleneck. You'll be needed for decisions and approvals (maybe 1–2 hours a week during an active build), not for doing the work.

Mostly async through the client portal and email, with scheduled check-in calls at key milestones. You always know what's happening, what's next, and what (if anything) I need from you.

Every project includes a review window before final sign-off, and nothing goes live until you say so. If something isn't right, we fix it before handoff. The point is a system you'll actually use, not one that looks done.
