She Gets Digital

Get Tips While You Wait

Your Consultation Is Booked. Let's Make the Most of It.

Here are a few simple things you can do before we meet to get clearer about your business, your marketing, and what you actually need next.

1

Google Your Business

Search your business name like a potential customer would. Check what shows up first. Is your website easy to find? Are your social profiles current? Is your contact information correct?

Open an incognito/private browser window so you get a more realistic view.

2

Look at Your Website on Your Phone

Most people will probably visit your website from their phone. Pull up your site and ask yourself:

  • Can I immediately tell what you do?
  • Is the text easy to read?
  • Can someone easily contact or book with you?
  • Are there any broken buttons or weird formatting?
3

Test Your Own Contact Form

Submit an inquiry through your website. Then check:

  • Did you receive the notification?
  • Did the customer receive a confirmation?
  • Did anything happen after they submitted the form?

If the answer is "nothing," we definitely have something to talk about.

4

Write Down Your Biggest Time-Waster

What repetitive task are you doing over and over again? Maybe it's:

  • Answering the same questions
  • Sending appointment reminders
  • Following up with leads
  • Sending invoices
  • Posting on social media
  • Manually entering customer information

There's a good chance we can simplify or automate it.

5

Check Your Google Business Profile

Make sure your hours, phone number, website, services, photos, and business description are accurate. Your Google profile can sometimes be the first impression someone gets of your business before they ever visit your website.

6

Review Your Last 5 Leads

Think about the last five people who contacted your business. Ask yourself: Where did they come from?

  • Google?
  • Facebook?
  • Instagram?
  • Referral?
  • Your website?

If you don't know, that's okay. It just means we may need a better system for tracking where your leads are coming from.

7

Pretend You're a New Customer

Go through your own customer experience from beginning to end. Try to:

  • Find you → Contact you → Book you → Pay you → Receive follow-up

Notice where things feel confusing, slow, or too manual. Those little gaps are often where customers disappear.

8

Gather Your Logins

You don't need to send them yet, but start locating access to the tools we may discuss. This could include:

  • Website
  • Domain
  • Google Business Profile
  • Facebook & Instagram
  • Email marketing platform
  • CRM
  • Scheduling software
  • Google Analytics
  • Canva

Future you will be glad you did this.

9

Choose Your #1 Goal

If we could improve ONE thing in your business over the next 30–90 days, what would make the biggest difference? Maybe you want:

  • More leads
  • More appointments
  • Better follow-up
  • A new website
  • Better Google visibility
  • More automation
  • More consistent marketing
  • A simpler way to manage customers

You don't have to fix everything at once.

10

Make Your "I Wish My Business Could…" List

Finish this sentence a few times: "I wish my business could automatically…" For example:

  • "I wish my business could automatically follow up with new leads."
  • "I wish customers could book without messaging me first."
  • "I wish people received reminders without me sending them."
  • "I wish I didn't have to use five different systems."

Bring your list to our consultation. You may be surprised by how much of it can be simplified.

Before We Meet

Don't worry about having everything figured out. That's what our consultation is for. Come with your questions, your goals, and the things that are currently driving you a little crazy in your business, and we'll figure out what makes the most sense for your next step.
